Greg Diven

President & CEO, OCM-Lee Hecht Harrison

Greg’s background totals over 30 years of experience, including three years in instructional writing and design, 13 years in human resources and organizational development with Skaggs Companies, Pay ‘n Save, US West, May Company, and Mrs. Fields, and over 15 years of direct involvement in the outplacement field.

Greg is a Certified Practitioner by the International Board for Career Management Certification (IBCMC). He holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in English from Brigham Young University and a Masters degree in Organizational Behavior from BYU’s Graduate School of Management. Greg’s skills in organizational development led to successful projects in assessments, productivity management and competency management. Greg also worked on organizational development consulting projects delivered at Novell and Michigan Consolidated Gas. He has served as chairman of the technology committee for the International Association of Career Management Professionals (IACMP). Currently Greg is Chairman of the Utah Department of Workforce Services’ Central Region Council.

Mike Mueller

Mike brings extensive experience in professional services and corporate environments, including over 25 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers with an emphasis on recruiting and career services. He particularly enjoys helping executives, many of whom have not gone through a job search in years, navigate the path to their next opportunity. Mike holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University.

Chip BrowndykeChip Browndyke

Chip has been in the human resources field specializing in recruiting, executive consulting, and career counseling for almost 20 years.  His experience includes work with Fortune 100 companies as well as consulting to small and mid-sized businesses.  As the founder of Mesa Associates, LLC,  Chip has provided HR consultation in the areas of career counseling, executive coaching, recruiting, associate relations, and more. Chip is active in the Boise community, serving on the board of directors as vice president for the Idaho Shakespeare festival and graduating from the 2-year Leadership Boise program in 2004.  He has been guest speaker and workshop presenter for Leadership Boise, Boise State University and the Department of Labor. Chip is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in finance.  In addition, Chip served 6 years with the United States Marine Corps.

Robbin BondRobbin Bond

Business Manager

Robbin is an Idaho native who has enjoyed the lifestyle and sense of community the Treasure Valley has to offer.  Her 20-year career in sales and marketing began with Mountain Bell/US West, followed by a position in the finance department with the Piramal Critical Care pharmaceutical company.  When the opportunity arose, she joined OCM/Lee Hecht Harrison as the business manager supporting the Idaho and Nevada offices. Her warm and welcoming style combined with her detailed and analytical approach to business make her an invaluable asset to the team. Robbin attended Boise State University, and in her free time she and her husband enjoys motorcycle riding, boating and traveling.

“My passion is to support and encourage others in discovering pathways to a healthy and purposeful life.” A strategic, creative and futuristic leader and entrepreneur with an extensive background and education in relationship and career management, training and development and organizational leadership, Sandra coaches individuals to discover their new career through value-based individual and group career planning workshops and consultations. Sandra obtained an M.A. from Gonzaga University in Organizational Leadership and a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University in Health and Human Development.  She served as president in 2005 for the SHRM Spokane chapter and is also a Certified Wellness Professional and the owner of Designer Fitness™ LLC, providing a wellness consulting, coaching and education.

Michelle Larson brings over 20 years of experience as an executive with Hewlitt-Packard both at the national and international level.  Managing business alliance programs of up to $20B, she is well-versed in negotiations, leadership and project management alignment.  She provides hands-on coaching and career guidance applicable to all levels of employment. Michelle is active in the community as a current Board Member of Kickstand and is a past member of Rotary and Toastmasters.  She was recognized with the award “Tribute to Women in Industry.”  She has an MBA from the University of Phoenix and BSME from the University of Minnesota.

John CastaldiJohn Castaldi

General Manager

John is a client-focused management consultant and global training professional specializing in career coaching and skill development. He joined OCM in June 2017 to manage the Reno operations, bringing more than 20 years of experience with companies including the Miller Heiman Group, Symantec Corp., and Sun Microsystems. John obtained his MBA at San Francisco State and went on to complete graduate studies in Organizational Development.

Jack EastwickJack Eastwick

Jack brings more than forty years of experience in HR management, holding vice president and director level positions in large and small companies, family owned businesses and a self-owned business. He has taught in adjunct faculty positions at the University of Phoenix, in the graduate business and management program, the University of Nevada, Reno, and the undergraduate business program and Truckee Meadows Community College business program.  Jack’s educational background includes a MBA and a BS in engineering.  He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute.
