Ted is a seasoned business leader, executive, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience owning and managing companies, organizations and dynamic teams. Throughout his career Ted focused on sustainable revenue growth for new and existing businesses. He started his career in the financial industry where he was an executive and manager for several large financial institutions. He gained experience in revenue growth, business development, management, leadership development, capital markets and strategy. He started several companies including a successful commercial brokerage company that works with clients nationwide.
He graduated from UC Irvine with an MBA in 2005 from the Paul Marage School of Business with an emphasis in Management and Entrepreneurship. He has severed on several boards and non-profit over his career and is bilingual – English and American Sign Language. He is a father of five and is heavily involved in community advocacy and coaching youth sports.
Chip has been in the Human Resources field for 25+ years. His experience includes work with Fortune 100 companies as well as consulting to small and mid-sized businesses. Prior to LHH, he was with Mesa Assoicates, Capital One (NYSE: COF) and Ray & Berndtson (Top 20 Executive Search Firm), providing HR expertise in career coaching, executive coaching, recruiting, associate relations, and more. He recently completed three years of Board of Director service with the Human Resources of the Treasure Valley Association.
Chip is active in the Boise community serving on the Advisory Board of Directors and former Vice President for the Idaho Shakespeare festival and participated in the 2-year Leadership Boise program. He has been guest speaker and workshop presenter for Boise State University, Montana State University, Project Management Institute, the Department of Labor and others. Chip is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in finance and served six years with the United States Marine Corps.

Carroll is an executive, career and leadership coach who for 15+ years has partnered with professionals across industries and levels to inspire and support peak career performance. Carroll holds the International Coach Federation’s MCC credential (Master Certified Coach), and earlier in her career, she was a practicing attorney whose work at two major law firms included supporting management on workplace law issues. Carroll has also been a frequent speaker, instructor, group leader and writer on career-related topics and has developed and presented program curriculum on leadership development. Carroll received her JD from University of Virginia School of Law, her BA from Johns Hopkins University. She also holds a graduate certificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School.
Sandy has been in the Human Resources field for 25+ years. Her experience has spanned the globe working with large publically traded companies as well as providing HR support in small and mid-sized private family-owned businesses in the legal, retail, engineering and agribusiness industries. Prior to LHH, Sandy was with the following organizations: Boise Co-op, Rimon PC/Novalaw, Stinker Stores, Power Engineers, and Nunhems USA (subsidiary of Bayer AG-NYSE: BAYRY OTC) providing HR expertise in organizational design, business strategy, setting up international offices, recruiting, associate relations, and more.
Sandy has been active in the HR and Boise community holding memberships as either a board member or sitting on the advisory council for the SHRM Global Advisory Board, President of the local chapter of SHRM, Idaho Inclusiveness Coalition, Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, Idaho Epilepsy Foundation, and Junior Achievement. She has been quoted in several industry magazines and has been a guest speaker for the College of Idaho providing career goal and strategy setting for upcoming graduates. Robbin is the Business Manager supporting our Professional Services for the Idaho, Nevada, and Montana region. Her oversight for day-to-day business processes ensures our clients have a first-class experience. Robbin interfaces directly with our client company representatives to ensure their enterprise Career Transition needs are met in our region, U.S., EMEA, and APAC.
