Founded in 1970, OCM has grown to become the Intermountain West’s preferred outplacement service provider to all industries. 

In 1999, OCM partnered with Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH), the preeminent global career management services company, to assist downsized employees to successfully reestablish themselves in new positions.  Established in 1967, Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) has been supporting displaced employees for nearly five decades, helping them explore their professional options and embark on satisfying new careers.

As the only full service career transition firm in Las Vegas, Reno, and Boise, OCM-LHH is well positioned to deliver high quality services throughout the Intermountain area.  We can also, however, provide the same outstanding services to virtually any location in the United States and beyond.
